A planet entirely covered in racetracks serves as the landscape for a significant sporting event: the Votex 4WD Championship. It is here that gifted drivers maneuver their vehicles in hopes of fulfilling their biggest aspirations. Among the competitors are Rockin and Perot, an accomplished duo striving to secure a place in the top of the ranks. However, their dreams are derailed when the nefarious Viper Ranger, notorious for their immoral tactics, plots to ensnare them in a pit on the course, leading to their bitter defeat. The trap reveals a hidden cavern where a fierce altercation ensues between Rockin, Perot, and their adversary. With the aid of a modified module, Rockin and Perot ultimately emerge victorious in their clash with the wily Viper Ranger.
