The OAD will adapt three chapters from the original manga. Among these will be the 41st chapter, which portrays Shirayuki and Zen's visit to the castle town. Another special chapter from volume seven, exhibiting Prince Raji's earlier years, will also be incorporated. Lastly, the OAD will dramatize a special chapter from volume 11, which recounts Zen, Mitsuhide, and Kiki's initial encounter.
