A young woman loses her hat to a gust of wind and sees a high school girl sprinting towards her. The girl suddenly transforms into a fighter jet and flies off to catch the hat with lightning speed. The young woman is amazed by this strange demonstration of powers and learns that this girl belongs to a group of girls known as the Henkei Shoujo. These girls live among humans but possess incredible transformation abilities.
