God created the heavens and the earth and decided to populate the planet with numerous animal species. However, he found it cumbersome to continually generate new ideas that met his criteria. To solve this issue, God enlisted the help of an organization called the Heaven's Design Team to take on this task. Enter Shimoda, a newly-appointed angel who serves as the intermediary between God and the design team. He observes his colleagues come up with innovative concepts for various creatures that align with God's wants.
