Celty Sturluson has been assigned the task of delivering a suspicious red handbag, but the catch is that various organizations are on the hunt for it. While making her way to the handbag's destination in Ikebukuro, Celty finds herself being pursued by unknown men speaking a foreign language. As a result, the conflict begins to involve numerous residents of the city. Meanwhile, the famous actor Yuuhei Hanejima has arrived in Ikebukuro for a TV program aimed at finding the best couple, who will then have an opportunity to feature in one of his movies. However, it comes to light that Yuuhei Hanejima is, in fact, Kasuka Heiwajima, the younger brother of Shizuo. When an anonymous user on the internet threatens to assassinate the superstar, they soon realize the significance of their relationship. In addition, Shizuo discovers that his arch-nemesis – the pesky antagonist he despises – is responsible for the attempted murder.
