Kenji Kazama and his two pals, the leaders of a delinquent trio, have set their sights on making a name for themselves at Fujou Academy. However, they find themselves stumbling into a fiery problem on the first day of the semester, as they spot flames in the Game Development Club. They successfully extinguish the fire, but the club members are hardly grateful and end up attacking Kenji's friends. Left with no other options, Kenji is forced to fight for survival and ultimately ends up joining the Game Development Club. Despite initial reluctance, Kenji begins to develop an affinity for the four girls who caused his provisional membership: Chitose Karasuyama, the school's domineering student council leader; Sakura Mizukami, a rambunctious tomboy; Minami Oosawa, a lackadaisical club advisor; and Roka Shibasaki, the notorious shadow head of the school. Kenji becomes enchanted by the club's activities and finds himself increasingly drawn into them, despite his attempts at leaving.
