Yashiro watches as Eishin Kuga, known as the "Mad Dog" due to his unrelenting thirst for violence, brutalizes his subordinates. Yashiro's plan is to wait for his friend to calm down before reasoning with him. Kanji Kageyama, an underground doctor, has finally met the young hot-headed man that Yashiro wants to recruit into his yakuza organization. As Kuga despises Yashiro, Kageyama must provide him with temporary accommodation. Despite Kageyama's assertion that he is not attracted to men, Kuga's flashing of his chest, loud behavior, and constant teasing may change his perspective.
