Although Tokyo momentarily experiences a peaceful period, the notorious Martial Fist gang, renowned for their ability to apprehend fugitives fleeing from the law, sets their sights on Tatsuma Hiyuu, Kyouichi Houraiji, Aoi Misato, Komaki Sakurai, Yuuya Daigo, and Hisui Kisaragi without clear motives. In addition, the friends are being chased by previous allies turned enemies and other individuals endowed with the power of the Ryumyaku. As opposing factions collide and the Stars of Fate align, a nefarious mastermind emerges with a nefarious plot to destroy Tokyo and revive the Vessel of the Golden Dragon.
