Angelino, a resident of Dark Meat City who usually lazes about, suffers from severe headaches and strange delusions following a scooter crash that resulted from an enigmatic lady's illusion. Along with his loyal buddy Vinz, he endeavors to unravel the source of his discomfort while being followed by darkly dressed, ominous figures.
