The Magical Girl Raising Project is a social game that grants a select few the opportunity to attain the coveted title of a "magical girl." Along with exceptional physical abilities and a supernatural appearance, these individuals acquire unique magical powers that set them apart from ordinary humans. Unfortunately, a district that hosts sixteen such magical girls has been hit by a crisis regarding limited magical energy. As a result, the administration announces the need to eliminate half of the magical girls, which leads to chaotic consequences.
