On a fateful day, Arashi Mutou saved Youtarou Misaki from drowning in the sea. After bringing Youtarou to safety, Arashi woke him up and asked for his name. Although Youtarou remembered his name, he chose to pretend he didn't know and deceive Arashi about his past. Despite Youtarou's resistance, Arashi took care of him and allowed him to stay temporarily at his restaurant, Kurage no Shokudou. Youtarou continued to claim that he couldn't remember how he ended up adrift in the sea.
