The dreaded entity called "Kuiba," the ultimate harbinger of chaos, is reborn every 333 years. Each time Kuiba is resurrected, it spells certain doom for all. To counter this, deities and humans unite to prevent Kuiba's rebirth by assassinating him just before the event. In 1664, when Kuiba was set to come back, the attempt to destroy him failed, and he possessed the young Manji's body. As Manji matured, he became obsessed with becoming the greatest warrior of all time. Upon hearing that Earth's armies were gathering to confront Kuiba, Manji and his master enlist in the battle, unaware that the very foe they seek to vanquish is within him. How will Manji come to terms with his true identity and embrace his destiny?
