"Fuujutsu" is Kazuma Yagami's wind-manipulating ability. He goes back to his former home, the Kannagi family, where he was exiled because of his incapacity to control fire. This led to his defeat by his younger cousin, Ayano Kannagi, four years ago. Kazuma's arrival triggers pre-existing conflicts, and things worsen when various Kannagi members get killed through Fuujutsu. With suspicions growing, Ayano, who has a short fuse, accuses Kazuma of being the offender. Kazuma must not only clear his reputation but also assist the family he loathes in exposing the actual culprit behind the crimes.
