Samatarou is far from your average high-school boy. The truth is, he's the offspring of a god and a goddess, while his sisters are destined to become goddesses themselves. Despite their divine heritage, they've chosen to reside in the human world, where Samatarou can learn about human customs and creatures they're sworn to protect, ultimately aiding in his development as a god. Assigned to look after Samatarou is Tenko, an angel who's been his close friend since they were born on the same day and year. Yet, just when life seems to be chugging along as usual, a transfer student named Kumiko shakes things up. Samatarou falls for her hard, but his decision to win her heart without relying on his godly powers soon lands him in hot water.
