The empire created by Vetti is being challenged by Michel's People's Army, who are in awe of the enormous power of the Glass Battleship. To help bring down Vetti's empire, Michel requests the assistance of Cleo, the captain of the Glass Battleship. Combining their strengths, Michel's People's Army and Cleo's team launch an attack on Vetti's empire.
