Reflecting on her journey thus far, Aoi Yukimura longs for another opportunity to go mountaineering. After hearing about the Mountaineering Club from Koharu Senjuin, she is invited to visit and discover the thrilling ventures the club undertakes to summit mountains. As the leader of the club, Koharu divulges exciting details about their competitions and bold undertakings. Although impressed by their ambition, Aoi chooses to progress at her own pace and turns down the invitation to join. Nevertheless, the experience prompts Aoi to ponder the underlying reason for her passion for mountaineering. With the support of her companions, Aoi embarks on a quest to uncover the true source of her motivation while simultaneously preparing for her highly anticipated return trip to the summit of Mt. Fuji.
