The story of the film begins when Shiriri, an alien, appears and turns Hiroshi and Misae into children. Shinnosuke decides to travel across the country to reverse the transformation, all the while hiding Shiriri in his rear end. However, Shiriri's father is also involved in a complex plot at the same time.
