After losing his mother at a tender age, Capeta Taira had to rely on himself for survival. His father, who worked long hours at a paving company, couldn't bear any more responsibilities, and Capeta didn't want to burden him further. Capeta, though, was battling both loneliness and the complexities of running a household while dealing with a bully. However, a turning point emerged at his father's workplace when he saw young go-kart drivers competing, sparking an interest in him. Consequently, Capeta's father scavenged for parts and constructed a kart for his son, which left Capeta and his friend, Monami, fascinated upon discovering his name present on it. A rainy day proved too tempting for Capeta, who couldn't wait to try the incomplete kart. The journey into the racing world began for Capeta, as the thrill of driving fast ignited a new passion within him.
