After her temple is destroyed and her people massacred by evil ninjas, Isanami, a young priestess, is forced to flee. While wandering through the forest, she crosses paths with Saizou Kirigakure, a ninja from the Iga school. Together, they embark on a journey to seek help at Ueda Castle from Yukimura Sanada. Yukimura is impressed by Isanami's strength and pledges to gather ten brave warriors to assist her. And so begins the story of Brave 10, set during the Warring States period, as Saizou and Isanami venture into dangerous territories to recruit courageous fighters under Yukimura's leadership. Their journey is perilous, as they encounter those who seek to exploit Isanami's power for their own gain.
