The complete population of a large city vanished without any indication. Yuki is the sole survivor who joins forces with Takuya, a hired messenger, to undertake a risky journey to explore the deserted city now named "Lost". They have only a letter from Yuki's father as their weapon, and as they investigate, they draw the ire of a secret group that is bent on preventing their exploration from continuing.
