The story centers around four high school girls - Run, Tooru, Yuuko, and Nagi - and their daily lives. In "Mountain of Pancakes," Kitou-sensei sustains an injury during class and Tooru brings her cat, Tansan, to school. The girls decide to go to a café where Miho works, but encounter problems when Yutaka unexpectedly appears. In "A Picture of a Wish," Yuuko falls ill and her friends visit her to take care of her. They also gather for a New Year's shrine visit.
