The year is 2079, and humanity has just completed the construction of the first orbital elevator in the Pacific Ocean as a symbol of their newfound peace after the 3rd World War. However, during the celebration, a powerful red humanoid figure emerges from outer space, defeating mankind's futile resistance and taking over the elevator. This event marks the beginning of a long-standing war against the hostile flying entity known as "Vacant." Fast forward to the summer of 2099, and the war has been raging for two decades. Humanity has developed a new 7th generation fighter called "Seventh," which manages to push back "Vacant" to the vicinity of the orbital elevator. Miku, a woman belonging to the special technology research department, pilots the black forward wing Seventh F/SX-02 Tenra along with the personality data of Liza stored in the machine's computer. This is their chance to be reunited and fight together. This is a yuri mecha movie that tells the story of two girls bound together by a bond stronger than mere friendship.
