Hana Uzaki reconnects with a fellow high school club member, Shinichi Sakurai, during her freshman year in college. To Hana's surprise, Shinichi - who used to be outgoing - has become a solitary student who prefers quiet activities in his free time. Despite Shinichi's new personality, Hana makes an effort to keep him company by inviting him to the cinema and accompanying him to work. Shinichi finds Hana's bubbly personality irritating, but indulges her antics nonetheless, resulting in many comical moments. As time goes by, their relationship improves to the point where others wrongly assume they are a couple. Their antics and silly behavior create fun and adorable moments, regardless of their relationship status.
