Chiharu Kashima is a member of the Crisis Countermeasures Division and possesses a unique talent for magic. During a routine visit to a bar, he meets Toyohi Utsumi, a kind-hearted individual who dreams of becoming a wizard and is deeply impressed by Kashima's magical abilities. As their relationship progresses, Toyohi unexpectedly declares his love for Kashima, and the captain finds himself reciprocating the feeling.
