With each passing season, Mochizou Ooji's senior year comes closer to its close. His aspirations of attending university in Tokyo are bittersweet, as it means he must leave behind his loved ones, including his long-time crush, Tamako Kitashirakawa. Tamako, on the other hand, has no solid plans for the future and is content to continue working at her family's mochi shop in their quaint little town. With Mochizou's departure rapidly approaching, he knows that he must summon the courage to confess his feelings to Tamako, lest his love remain eternal but unspoken.
