To uncover their identity, the United States of the North American Continent (USNA) sends the elite magician unit "Stars" and their leader, Angie Sirius, on a classified mission to Japan. At First High School, Shizuku Kitayama's farewell party is in full swing as she departs for the USNA on an exchange program. Her replacement, the stunning Angelina "Lina" Kudou Shields, joins Tatsuya Shiba and his companions. Meanwhile, Tatsuya receives word of the USNA's plan to unmask his true self.
