Yuki Sakurai is an orphan who struggles to understand his existence and the painful memories of others that he can feel through touch. He receives anonymous messages urging him to end his life, adding to his confusion and the ominous presence he senses within himself. Yuki is closely watched by both protective and dangerous unseen forces. One foggy night, a stranger with silver eyes and black hair appears and saves Yuki from danger. Although they are strangers, Yuki feels an uncanny sense of familiarity that unlocks buried memories and reveals his true purpose in life. Uragiri wa Boku no Namae wo Shitteiru follows the journey of a young boy as he unravels the mystery of his past and identity. He discovers true friendship, experiences deception, and gradually pieces together the shattered fragments of his life.
