Yuri Honjou, a scared and confused sixteen-year-old, runs for her life after witnessing a man's head being split open with an axe. Unfortunately, her escape leads her to an abandoned building with mysteriously locked doors. She frantically searches for an exit and heads up to the rooftop, only to discover a desolate world surrounded by towering buildings. Despite feeling hopeless, Yuri discovers her brother is also trapped in this strange place and is determined to find him and escape. However, her optimism is cut short when she discovers multiple masked killers on the loose, eager to terrify and satisfy their malicious desires. This realization causes Yuri to question if they will be able to escape and survive their ordeal.
