In the near future, a prominent automobile company called JHC Motors produces Watch Cars - a collection of miniature robotic cars with sentient capabilities intended to serve as companions for both kids and adults. The Watch Cars become a popular and global trend, participating in a Battle League where trainers and their Watch Cars compete against each other. Jino, a young Watch Car Master, enters the Battle League with his Blue-will Watch Car. However, an antagonistic force called The Rangers of Darkness aim to take over all the Watch Cars in the city. Jino and his companions must thwart their plans.
