Despite this, Momonga, the skilled sorcerer and leader of the infamous dark guild, Ainz Ooal Gown, chooses to remain in the game until the very end. However, to his surprise, Momonga remains fully aware even as the game's servers start shutting down. In a most unusual turn of events, the game's non-player characters appear to have developed unique personalities! Thrown off course by this unexpected turn of events, Momonga gathers his faithful followers to unravel this mysterious phenomenon and seize control of this new world. His mission is twofold: to investigate the cause behind this inexplicable occurrence and determine if other players are affected as well.
