Crime Mate, consisting of Miki and Naomi, are both assassins and close friends. While Miki is performing a pole dance for the Chinese mafia boss, Ramon, who is involved in the illegal trade of biological weapons, Naomi alerts her to an approaching group of armed ninjas. Miki handles the situation with Ramon's gang, and Naomi takes care of the ninjas. The next day, Miki discovers that the lifeless body of Ricardo Gonzalez has been placed in her bed, and he has offered a one million dollar reward for their service. Ramon's goons abduct Naomi, and it is now up to Miki to rescue her and confront Ramon. On top of these challenges, they must also deal with the appearance of a King Cobra that is after them. During the action, some characters from Mankatsu and the four main characters from Lupin III can be spotted in the background.
