The private detective known as Goku returns to the scene, this time on a mission from Ryoko, a woman of both beauty and fear who seeks his help in saving her brother Ryu. However, amidst the search for Ryu, Goku must also shield Ryoko from the attacks of her stepfather's soldiers. Meanwhile, Ryu, who has become the unfortunate subject of a malfunctioned military experiment, has been leaving a trail of death behind him and is determined to stay hidden. Can Goku find and save Ryu, or will he be forced to take Ryu's life? With his all-knowing cybernetic eye and sceptre, will Goku be able to overcome this unbeatable killing machine?
