Saki Uno is an average 15-year-old girl who juggles her school life with her less-popular role as a member of the idol duo, Magical Twins. Saki cherishes her friendship with Sakuyo Mikage and hopes to form a closer bond with her childhood crush, Mohiro, who happens to be Sakuyo's brother. However, her peaceful life takes an unexpected turn when a yakuza-like man tries to enter her home. Despite her reservations, Saki allows him in and discovers that he is actually a mascot named Kokoro-chan, searching for a new recruit. Kokoro-chan reveals that Mohiro is in danger from cute, squirrel-tailed demons which forces Saki to activate her Love Power, unleashing her as a Magical Girl. But, Saki's transformation is not typical, as she appears as a muscle-bound man in a pretty dress, and her training with Sakuyo becomes vital as they team up to battle the fluffy, demonic menaces.
