Lupin discovers a genie in a "magic lamp," but at 7PM his memory of it disappears. He finds himself in Singapore where he must face Colonel Garlic's troops and unravel the lamp's secrets. However, each day at 7PM, all of his progress is erased, making it impossible for Lupin to solve the mystery.
