The second season concludes with Yuuri emerging victorious over Shinou. However, this disables his and Murata's access to the Shin Makoku. But Yuuri gains a significant power boost as a result of his triumph, enabling him to return autonomously to the Shin Makoku. After Yuuri's 16th birthday, he learns of the ongoing changes that occurred in his absence. Despite the ten nobles' decision to make Wolfram the next Maou, Yuuri reclaims his rightful place, leading to conflicts with one of the nobles who disagrees. Additionally, a formerly-secretive society emerges and poses a significant threat to both Mazoku and human harmony. Consequently, the nobles enter into a heated battle, casting doubt on their authority as the search for the true Maou title commences.
