The web-based comedic series features Haruo "Cat" Kyattsuyama as the supposed student of Kunekune College. However, his attendance at the subpar institution was a one-time affair. Kyattsuyama's life takes an unexpected turn when he happens upon an abandoned Russian Blue cat named Kan-u in a cardboard box on a Japanese roadside. Despite spotting the feline, he chooses to ignore it for a full year. When no one comes forward to claim the cat, Kyattsuyama decides to bring it home but finds himself with three Russian Blue cats. Curiously, all three cats respond to the name "Kan-u" when Kyattsuyama asks for their names. These anime shorts draw inspiration from "Kremlin," Kaoru Curry-zawa's manga series featuring comedic cat gags.
