While caught in the rain, Amakusa Ryou - a salaryman - is rescued by a high school girl called Arima Ichika, whom he doesn't know. As they part ways, Ryou offers to take Ichika out or kiss her to show his gratitude, but Ichika finds his advances unsettling. Despite this, Ryou becomes enamored with her, professing his love relentlessly, while Ichika responds with insults and disdain towards him.
