In the year 1999, the tranquil town of Morioh has been transformed by a series of peculiar events. Joutarou Kuujou, a marine biologist, journeys to the mysterious town to visit Jousuke Higashikata, whom he had never met before. To his surprise, Jousuke is actually the illegitimate child of Joseph Joestar, Joutarou's grandfather. As they get to know each other better, Joutarou realizes that they have more in common than just family ties. With the assistance of the unassuming Kouichi Hirose and the lively Okuyasu Nijimura, Joutarou and Jousuke set out to investigate the recent disappearances and suspicious incidents that are plaguing Morioh. Using their Stands, the group navigates dangerous obstacles in their quest to uncover the mysteries of the town before a catastrophic disaster occurs.
