Rinko Kougyoku and her pal Minami wished upon a cluster of shooting stars, only to discover that the objects were actually 'Jewel Charms' from Jewel Land. Though most Jewelpets were happy to be transformed into charms for easier transport, Ruby, a mischievous bunny, couldn't stand feeling cramped and desired freedom. One day, a pelican tasked with delivering the charms to the Dream Forest accidentally dropped them in Rinko's city on Earth. Ruby was sent to retrieve them, but ended up falling into Rinko's water glass in the form of a red Jewel Charm. The trio then embarked on a wild journey to collect the scattered charms, encountering peculiar creatures and gaining valuable allies. Will they be able to bring all the lost Jewelpets safely back to Jewel Land, or will they face unexpected danger on Earth?
