In Japan, the country's air force is now under the command of civilian organizations. As a result, some companies choose to have their aspiring idol singers take on the skies and fly fighter planes. Among these musical groups is Hummingbird, which consists of the sisters Satsuki, Uzuki, Yayoi, Kanna, and Mina Toreishi. While filming, the group catches the attention of video director Kudou, who sees their potential and offers to direct their first music video in an effort to launch them towards dominating the charts.
