The Blu-ray/DVD release of the third "Girls und Panzer das Finale" film comes with an OVA. At Oarai Girls High School, the Anglerfish Team searches for Jane, a student from the Agriculture Department, to deliver some Student Council documents. After a challenging horse ride, they find Jane at the Agriculture Department, armed with a gun and ready to battle the "Arch Villain of the Century" she's been chasing down.
