In the second installment of the Generation of Chaos RPG series, the prologue introduces Ellile - a trainee knight in the Neverland World's Kingdom of Fredbarn. Ellile and Princess Roji's love affair is kept hidden, with plans to marry in secret. However, their secret soon comes to light after Lifile, the head of the knights, discovers their love. Being intimidated by Roji's safety and the responsibility that comes with protecting the Kingdom, Lifile tells Ellile that he is not capable of fulfilling the role of protector. Left frustrated and confused, Ellile finds himself pondering over his next course of action. In addition to this, the OVA showcases a few animated shorts revolving around a new character, Poro, alongside her robotic companion and GOC Next cast.
