The plot of Fortune Arterial centers on Kohei Hasekura, a male lead who enrolls in a prestigious public school utilizing the English six-year curriculum that serves students in junior high and high school. The school facility is situated on Tamatsu Island, an offshore locale that can be reached only by boat and is far removed from Japan's major metropolitan areas. Once he enters the school, Kohei becomes aware that an unusual kind of vampire, Sendo Erika, is among his classmates in the adjacent section.
