Taiki Kudou is a cheerful seventh grader who enjoys helping others. His encounter with Shoutmon, a Digimon, leads him and his companions, including Akari Hinomoto and Zenjirou Tsurugi, to the Digital World. The trio unite and create Team Xros Heart, aiming to compete against other factions to gain control. The main goal of Team Xros Heart is to topple the vicious Bagura Empire, which seeks to dominate the Digital World.
