The DJ duo of Arisugawa Academy, known for spreading happiness through their music, are called Lyrical Lily. They have been picked by the city hall to perform monthly in the project, Operation Beckoning Cat, aimed at rejuvenating the town. Though flattered, the girls are worried about the rigorous schedule. So, they seek help from other units- Photo Maiden, Merm4id, Rondo, Peaky P-key, and Happy Around- which had backed them during their first performance. These DJ groups happily accept the invitation to be part of the project. However, providing an unforgettable experience for the crowd is no easy feat, and the lively girls have to give their best to entice visitors and encourage people to settle down in the town.
