The life of the Bebop crew is characterized by chasing bounties day in and day out. However, their routine is abruptly halted when Faye, who was on Mars pursuing an insignificant target, witnesses the explosion of an oil tanker. This lead to an outbreak of mass panic due to a strange disease caused by the blast. In an attempt to solve their financial woes and save lives, the Bebop crew steps in to take down the culprit responsible for the catastrophe. Together, Spike, Jet, Faye, Edward, and their trusty companion Ein set out to investigate different leads across Alba City. Eventually, they uncover a devious cover-up involving a pharmaceutical corporation, exposing a sinister conspiracy beyond anything they could have imagined.
