In the movie's plot, the focus falls on the Tokyo Summit as a colossal blast jolts the Edge of Ocean complex. After the dust settles, Zero (aka Tooru Amuro from the National Police Agency Security Bureau) arrives on the chaotic scene. Rei Furuya, an emerging detective under Kogorou Mouri's guidance and part of the Black Organization, also has a triple-personality persona. The plot thickens when Kogorou is suspected of the crime, prompting Conan to exonerate him. However, Amuro complicates Conan's mission, making it arduous to prove Kogorou's non-involvement.
