Located in the trading city of Ert'Aria, the narrative unfolds with Leicester Maycraft, a skilled item engineer, who is an esteemed member of the adventurer guild - "Oasis." During a party with his friends, Leicester and company witness a stunning meteor shower atop a chapel rooftop, when an asteroid grazes them, causing them to investigate. Inside, they discover a concealed chamber and an unconscious girl. Upon awakening, the girl exclaims, "Father, it's you!" This sudden encounter sets Leicester on an unforeseen journey.
