Maya, the Goddess of Vaccine World, charged Mugimaru with finding a human to become the Magical Nurse and accept the powers of Vaccine World to fix the issue. Mugimaru found Komugi Nakahara, a typical teenager who dreams of becoming a successful cosplay idol, to be the best candidate. Juggling her job at Kiri-Pro Promotion Company and battling Ungrar's henchman, the Magical Maid Koyori, Komugi manages to entertain her audience throughout this comedic anime.
