As a street-fighting prodigy undefeated in combat, Masaru embarks on a new journey in his second year of Junior High. This time, he learns about the value of teamwork. It all begins when an organization responsible for overseeing Digimon, DATS, loses control of Agumon, a certain Digimon. Despite Yoshino and her Digimon, Lalamon, attempting to apprehend Agumon, Masaru finds himself in a fierce battle with the metal-clawed creature. Eventually, Masaru and Agumon flee as a sinister Digimon threatens the safety of Earth. To save the day, Masaru and Agumon must use their DNA Charge technique, which puts them in a challenging position. Compelled to join DATS, Masaru teams up with Yoshino, Ikuto, and Touma. Together, they work tirelessly to stop the Digimon invasion and protect Earth, containing any harmful forces and returning them to the Digital World. However, not everything goes according to plan.
